Very popular in Barn Conversion, Cottages or Older Houses.
This internal Solid Oak door is made from Five 24mm* Tongue & Grove beaded planks with four equal size and One narrow plank. Then three 25mm* supporting ledges with two 25mm* braces, making the door a standard size 2''6" by 6'' 6".
The doors are then sanded using 120 grit sand paper after which Rose head nails are added as standard to add that extra finish ready for you to apply the finish of your choice., oil or wax etc
The Oak is kiln dried to an average 9.5% moister content.
Other size''s can be made to your measurements; different numbers of plank''s can be used (e.g. a 30inch wide door could have 4, 7.5 inch planks or 6, 5inch planks, aswell as 3 plank doors can be made**).
Note we are very happy to quote you for diffrent size doors but to save you time, if your door neededs to be between 2' & 2'9'' wide & 6'' to 6'8" tall the price for one door will stay the same. POA
